Getting you equipped for your travels
For diseases for which no immunizations are yet available, it is necessary to take specific measures, either with medications and/or behaviors to reduce your risk of infection. Foyet Medical’s travel services division can help you determine the measures specific to the area you are traveling to and provide you with all the information and prescriptions for appropriate preventative medications to get you on your way!
Pre-Travel Services Include:
- Assessment of health risks specific to your travel itinerary.
- Advice about reducing your risk of contracting infectious diseases through exposure to contaminated food, water, insects, and other parasitic agents
- Advice on appropriate vaccinations and medications for your trip, as well as prescriptions for medications
Scheduling an Appointment:
We will do our best to accommodate your schedule up to the day of your departure. However, if possible, we would like you to schedule an appointment 2-4 weeks before your trip.
In addition, we also provide an International Certificate of Vaccination free of charge to you. This should be kept with your passport.
